Shane Wilkinson Managing Director

Our History

At just 21 years of age, Managing Director Shane Wilkinson renovated and sold his first home. With nothing but determination and a tireless work ethic, Shane rapidly evolved his business, moving from renovating existing homes to developing boutique apartment buildings. It was in 2003, when he built and sold 95 Highett Road that he really secured his place as a true player in the Melbourne property development market. In the years since completing this development, Shane has developed in excess of 100 projects, all successfully delivered within expected timeframes. 

Shane's early developments were predominantly located in Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs, however, he has continued to expand his scope to include premium suburbs all around the metro area. Pace have landmark developments currently selling or under construction in St Kilda, Windsor, Mentone and Brunswick, including the landmark 181 Fitzroy Street and The Icon St Kilda.

No matter how much times have changed, Shane has always abided by one simple rule. To only develop in places he would want to live. It’s a rule that has given Pace a reputation built on quality, stability and trust.
